The band is already hard at work preparing for the year ahead, starting with a visit to the SCABA Spring contest where we will 'run out' our London & Southern Counties area test piece (Andrew Wainwright's 'Variations on Was Lebet'). After that, we can get out our 'summer' music, with performances on both Horsham bandstands coming up in June (Horsham Park) and July (The Carfax). July also sees us making our annual appearance at St Nicolas Church in Cranleigh. Later in the year, we return to Chichester for our regular appearance as part of the 'Last Friday' concert series in St George's Church (though we're there on a Saturday in September!), and we're excited to be making our first visit to the Wychavon Entertainment Contest in Evesham in October. We'll be adding more events (including our Christmas activities) so make sure to check our our 'See us' page for the latest news.

Join us in celebrating our 125th Anniversary with a special concert at St Mary's Church, Horsham. Horsham Borough Band will be joined by very special guest, Tom Hutchinson, Principal Cornet of The Cory Band. Don't miss this unique celebratory concert. Tickets are available online, in advance, here or on the door.

We've reached the end of a busy and very successful year for the band - 1st Section London & Southern Counties Regional Champions, 4th at the National Finals and a really busy and enjoyable concert season, not to mention our now annual trip to Devon for Bandamonium. As we look forward to a busy year, during which we will be celebrating our 125th anniversary with a special concert (keep track on our social media feeds and on our Events page), we'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your suppport throughout the year, and to wish you all the best for a very happy and healthy 2025!

To round off a hugely successful 2024, the band will be performing some great Christmas music, old and new, in Horsham (Holy Trinity Church, Friday 6th December) and Cranleigh (Cranleigh Village Hall, Saturday 14th December). Not to be missed! PLUS some carols to give Christmas cheer as you're doing your Christmas shopping! How can you resist the classic sound of a brass band at Christmas!
