The band is already hard at work preparing for the year ahead, starting with a visit to the SCABA Spring contest where we will 'run out' our London & Southern Counties area test piece (Andrew Wainwright's 'Variations on Was Lebet').  After that, we can get out our 'summer' music, with performances on both Horsham bandstands coming up in June (Horsham Park) and July (The Carfax). July also sees us making our annual appearance at St Nicolas Church in Cranleigh. 

Later in the year, we return to Chichester for our regular appearance as part of the 'Last Friday' concert series in St George's Church (though we're there on a Saturday in September!), and we're excited to be making our first visit to the Wychavon Entertainment Contest in Evesham in October.
